As an accountant for IT Sutra, your primary job would be to manage the financial records of the company. JOB DESCRIPTION :
  1. Recording financial transactions: Accountants are responsible for recording financial transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

  2. Preparing financial statements: Accountants prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements that summarize a company's financial position.

  3. Managing budgets: Accountants help manage budgets by tracking expenses and revenues and making recommendations for cost-cutting or revenue-enhancing strategies.

  4. Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations: Accountants help companies comply with tax laws and regulations by preparing tax returns and providing advice on tax-related issues.

  5. Analyzing financial data: Accountants analyze financial data to help companies make informed decisions about investments, pricing, and other financial matters.

  6. Providing financial advice: Accountants provide financial advice to clients on topics such as budgeting, tax planning, and investment strategies.

  7. Maintaining accurate records: Accountants maintain accurate financial records to ensure that the information is up-to-date and can be used to make informed decisions.

WHO CAN APPLY :
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

  2. Relevant experience in accounting or finance is required. This may include work as an auditor, financial analyst, or accountant.

  3. Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to perform tasks such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting.

  4. Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

  5. Must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the accounting team and other departments in the company.

  6. Must be able to analyze financial data and provide insights that support informed decision-making.

  7. Must be able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Must be trustworthy, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical accounting practices.

  9. Must have a good understanding of tax laws and regulations and be able to provide advice on tax-related issues.

  10. Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  11. Must be able to identify and solve problems related to accounting and finance.

  12. May be required to lead a team of accounting professionals and therefore must possess leadership skills.
