As a Technical Support Staff at Young Innovations Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, will be essential in delivering high-quality support solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance to customers via email, phone, and ticketing system.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux-based products, networking (L2/L3), databases, and cyber security.
  3. Compose and execute SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data within databases.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Document support processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the field of technical support and customer service.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  2. Strong technical expertise in supporting Linux-based products is a must.
  3. Proficiency in networking concepts, including L2/L3 protocols and configurations.
  4. Experience in composing SQL queries and working with databases.
  5. Industry experience in Cyber Security, with a focus on network security or application security, is required.
  6. Preferred experience in web troubleshooting and cloud computing concepts.
  7. Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments is a plus.
  8. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or equivalent is preferred.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field is preferred.
  10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
