We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone, presenting our products or services, and closing sales deals. The Tele Sales Officer will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling products or services.
  • Understand and articulate the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales deals.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
