Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in client management, communication, and operations. This remote position requires individuals with a strong aptitude for both communication and operations management. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must, and the ideal candidate will have past experience with international exposure. We value diversity and encourage female candidates to apply. The position involves two daily sessions (6 am - 10 am and 6 pm - 10 pm) and offers a 40-hour work week across 5 working days.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of client interactions, effective communication strategies, and efficient operations management. Your tasks will include:

  1. Client Management:

    • Interact with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and ensure overall satisfaction.
    • Maintain client databases and update records regularly.
    • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  2. Communication:

    • Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
    • Respond to emails, messages, and calls in a timely manner.
    • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Operations Management:

      • As this is an Educational Tech and Comminicational based role, Handle email schedueling , managing tasks and use tools to align workload. 
      • Attend virtual meetings and coordinate with potential students. 
      • As a bootcamp based Ed tech comp - Cordinate events & sessions. 
      • Use notion Slack to manage tasks and handle tasks and work in Strict deadlines. 
      • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
      • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
  4. Timings and Work Week:

    • Work two sessions daily: 6 am - 10 am and 6 pm - 10 pm.
