As the Brand & Marketing Manager at NE NEPAL Craft Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's marketing strategies. Your experience in managing brand operations within the lifestyle, craft, jewelry, or ethnic product domains will be crucial in promoting our unique cultural handcrafted products both locally and internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to enhance the company's market presence and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns that highlight the cultural significance and craftsmanship of our products.
  • Identify and engage with target audiences to expand our customer base, both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage and oversee the company's online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, advertising, events, and PR.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Craft engaging and informative content that effectively communicates our brand story and product value.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
WHO CAN APPLY :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably within the lifestyle, craft, jewelry, or ethnic product sectors.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and execution.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Background in lifestyle products, FMCG, events, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate cultural and artistic elements into effective marketing messages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Nepalese cultural heritage and craft traditions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
