DESCRIPTION :

We are Searching for a “Business Development Associate" (Corporate Position -Sales Associate) who is proficient to drive sales, engage prospects, and achieve targets with exceptional written and verbal communication, and documentation skills. The position holder is primarily expected to have a strong sales background of software and technologies industry, and must demonstrate professional etiquettes and in-depth knowledge of management.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

➔ Monitor and assess the sales performance of the sales team.
➔ Identify prospects list and develop sales strategies in order to meet sales goals.
➔ Develop client requirement analysis report, draft proposals for the prospect post-meeting.
➔ Conduct sales meetings, negotiate, and close the deals with prospects with an excellent
sales presentation.
➔ Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and clients.
➔ Facilitate and mediate the platform between onboarded client and operations team.
➔ Collect, document, and update all the necessary documents and data from the clients to
execute and deliver the project.
➔ Train the new-entrant sales team and guide them to execute the sales process.
➔ Coordinate with the engineering team, generate client services progress reports and
correspond it with the client.
➔ Smooth communication and coordination via email and phone with clients and prospects.
➔ Document and maintain client data in record keeping management systems and track and
update payment records.
➔ Smoothly handle the challenges that come across the sales process.
➔ Responsible for assigned job roles and boosting organization performance and
productivity with self-motivation and self-oriented mindset.
