DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Important Requirement: Candidates must able to work any shift ( 6AM-2PM, 2PM- 10PM & 10PM-6AM)

 Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
 Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
 Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or
alternatives
 Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
 Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
 Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits; follow up to ensure resolution
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
 Take the extra mile to engage customers
 Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

WHO CAN APPLY :

 Previous experience in a customer support role
 Track record of over-achieving quota
 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
 Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
 10+2 Completed or Bachelor Running
 Able to read and speak both English and Nepali languages
