RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as second-in-command to the Manager, and taking care of all duties assigned by the manager.
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with customers (online and physical)
• Assisting in the company's promotional events and executing them through digital and traditional methods 
• Checking and updating inventory, updating logs, spreadsheets, and databases
• Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data such as web traffic, google analytics, SEO report, and sales report to present accurate reporting data
• Writing and corresponding emails, and messages of all the sales channels of the company
• Presenting and discussing monthly sales data to bring out better ways of increasing the sales
• Coming up with marketing ideas based on the sales report and executing them by collaborating with the marketing team
• Overseeing all the operations related to sales by coordinating with different team members for smoother sales operations
