DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the role of Graphic Designer and Customer Service Representative. This unique position combines the creative skills of a graphic designer with the responsibilities of a customer service representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, as well as providing excellent customer support to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Handle customer feedback and relay insights to the appropriate teams to improve products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using graphic design software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
