Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a junior administrator. this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in administration and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Job Description

Provide general administrative support to the office, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and managing phone calls.
Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date company records, both physical and digital.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, room preparation, and logistical support.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and reconciliation.
Support HR activities, including onboarding of new employees and maintaining employee records.
Assist in travel arrangements for team members as required.
Perform basic IT support tasks, such as troubleshooting common computer issues and coordinating with the IT department.
Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

Who Can Apply
