As the Sales Manager at NE NEPAL Craft Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the market reach of our unique cultural handcrafted products. Leveraging your experience in sales pipeline development, product marketing, and digital strategies, you will be instrumental in growing our brand's presence not only in Nepal but also on the international stage.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Build and manage robust sales pipelines to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote existing product lines and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize digital marketing fundamentals to enhance brand visibility and generate sales leads.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
  • Research and analyze international markets to identify expansion opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Drive sales initiatives in international markets, including establishing distribution channels and partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies as needed.
WHO CAN APPLY :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the craft, lifestyle, jewelry, or home decor sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and the ability to translate product features into customer benefits.
  • Experience in digital marketing and utilizing online platforms for sales traction.
  • Openness to learning and adapting strategies to effectively address international markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
