JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Order Fulfillment: Assist in fulfilling customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping items.
Stock Rotation: Monitor and implement stock rotation procedures to ensure the timely sale of products and prevent expiration.
Organization and Cleanliness: Keep the store area clean, organized, and presentable. Ensure aisles and storage areas are well-maintained.
Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, locating products, and addressing customer needs.
Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other store handlers and team members to achieve overall store objectives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.
