Job Description
Oversees the daily activities of assigned functional area; prioritizing; completing multiple activities; resolves problems as they arise.
Actively tracks branch’s productivity to ensure output is at required levels and Service Level Agreements are met.
Leads and guides branch’s stakeholders: Vendors, motivates, trains, and coaches colleagues, vendors, and customers.
Proactively identifies and recommends new/proposed policies and procedures as they relate to the branch’s operations issues/opportunities; assists in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Applies in-depth knowledge of systems, functions, and procedures to identify and resolve quality issues to ensure overall branch quality.
Has signing authority for approving deposits, transfers, and/or other operational work within branch Approved limits?
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
Provides exceptional customer service and serves as a resource to internal and external customers.
Give extra attention and time in need for the inter-branch operation.
Sound knowledge of work efficiency with 24hr keen email, call correspondence spirit.
Sound knowledge of offline marketing and client communication.
